Guilianna McGinniss is an experienced educator with a passion for innovative and engaging instruction. Since beginning her teaching career in the fall of 2020, she has served in various roles, including classroom teacher, instructional coach, and now Director of Curriculum and Instruction at a K-12 private school. Dedicated to fostering high-quality teaching and learning, she specializes in designing meaningful and engaging professional development opportunities that empower educators to enhance student success.

Currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), Guilianna is deeply invested in educational research and best practices, particularly in the areas of curriculum design, instructional coaching, and teacher development. She is committed to creating transformative learning experiences that inspire both educators and students alike.
